Salons of Dallas Suites at Hi Line was founded with a simple but powerful belief: every beauty professional deserves the freedom to run their own business on their own terms. No commission splits. No franchise fees. No restrictions on your creativity or schedule.
Located in the heart of the Design District at 1400 Hi Line Dr in Uptown Dallas, our 13,000+ square foot facility occupies a premium position in one of Dallas's most sought-after luxury high-rises. The building itself speaks to the quality our professionals expect — modern architecture, covered parking, and a prestigious address that elevates every brand under our roof.
Today, Salons of Dallas is home to over 60 independent beauty professionals spanning every specialty: hair stylists, barbers, estheticians, nail technicians, lash artists, massage therapists, makeup artists, and more. Each professional brings their own unique talent, clientele, and vision — and we give them the space and support to thrive.
Our suites range from 100 to 350 square feet, all fully furnished and move-in ready. Every suite includes WiFi, electricity, water, maintenance, covered parking, and 24/7 secure access. Starting at just $250 per week with our 4 Weeks Free signing bonus, we've made it possible for beauty professionals at every stage to take the leap into independence.
